Our Services

Yoga

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice for those who cannot perform traditional yoga, don’t want to do high-energy yoga, and/or particularly for older adults to strengthen joints. This type of yoga is done in quiet stillness while holding a specific pose.

Health Coaching

Yin with T Health and Wellness Coaching vows to respect, listen to, support, encourage, inspire and motivate our clients to excel in all areas of health and wellness. We coach to heal and transform those who seek transformation.

Massage

Yin with T Massage focuses on client-centered care by listening, tailoring treatments to needs, and educating clients about their bodies and furthering their minds and souls through massage. We believe that we can help release stress and anxiety while providing mindful relaxation.
